– Contains false, misleading, or deceptive claims

– Using AI generation for purposes other than legitimate business use

– Generating content intended to deceive AI detection systems

– Using automations for spam or unsolicited messaging

– Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them

When using our email automation features, you must:

– Only send emails to recipients who have given valid consent

– Maintain proof of consent for all recipients

You may not use AI features to generate:

– Malware, phishing content, or scams

– Content that impersonates real individuals

– False news or misinformation

– Content intended to deceive or manipulate

– Hate speech or content promoting violence

– Sexually explicit or pornographic content

– Content targeting or exploiting minors

### 5.3 Your Responsibilities

– Review all AI-generated content before publishing

– Verify accuracy of facts and claims

– Ensure content complies with applicable laws

– Do not represent AI-generated content as human-written when disclosure is required

### 6.1 Your Data Responsibilities

– Only upload data you have the right to use

– Ensure you have necessary consents for customer data

– Handle personal data in compliance with privacy laws

– Not use the service to violate others’ privacy rights

– Uploading data obtained through illegal means

– Processing data in violation of privacy laws

– Using customer data for purposes beyond their consent
